Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed is your name. You're kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who tresspass against us. Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever.   AMEN

  My Father, I am heartily sorry for having offended you. And I detest all of my sins because of your just puninshments, but most of all, because they offend you, my God, who are all good and desrving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to live in your grace.  AMEN

 Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in his time of weakness, in his hour of need, turned toward his, our Father, and prayed that this burden might be lifted from his shoulders. As a human, even he could no longer endure the thought of what was about to befall  him and saught comfort and the strength to endure that only God, our Heavenly Father could bring.
