An online community for Catholics and those interested in our faith  to make friends, play games, chat, and mostly, share in our faith with other catholics. It's not easy being a Catholic at times, we all have heard the jokes that arise the moment you state your faith. Here you can feel at ease in the company of others who share your views. Rest assuredly though, that the Catholic Church is stronger today for for having faced it's past sins and has taken the necessary steps to atone for them.
  If you are not a practicing Catholic please feel free to pray with us. Perhaps prayer will help you find out why you aren't recieving the sacraments as set forth by our Lord. Perhaps we can assist you in finding your way back to God's flock as the Prodigal Son found his way back home. God Loves you, and misses you regardless of why you stay away.

  Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of your son, our Lord Jesus, to please guide and protect our troops as they serve their country in keeping America free of the tyranny that besets this world. Please comfort them in their time and hour of need.   AMEN

 Our main outreach is to serve those that cannot get out to go to mass on a regular basis. We hope that the prayers on our site, and our prayer group will assist you in keeping your relationship with God fruitful and Blessed.  Use our site as a tool while praying your Rosary along with us on prayer club nights. It is the duty of every Catholic to pray the Rosary whenever possible as sacrafice for those who cannot.

God Would Like A Chat With You
  We know of many Catholics, in our own familiy included, who do not go to mass as regularly as God would like them to. Many Catholics only go to mass on Holy Days of Obligation, and many do not go at all. At Catholic Spirit, we're not here to judge one another on the merits of our church going or not. We're here to help one another with our communion with God. If your job, or family, or other obligations of life prevent you from attending mass regularly God understands that. The important thing is that you maintain or resurrect your relationship with God. Speak to God everyday in some way, thank and honor him for the blessings that you and your family still receive from our Holy Father. One of the great things about God is the fact that if you cannot go to his house, he'll come to yours! God loves you and wants to bless you, all you have to do is ask.

  It is our hope that Catholic Spirit becomes and active online community bringing together Catholics of all walks of life and ages to pray as one voice giving praise to God. Together we can amplify the power of prayer as one larger group assisting and comforting one each other during troubled times of life, and celebrating the joys and blessings we receive in  life as well.   As Catholics, it is our duty to pray for this troubled world of ours and do what we can to be a shining example of God's love for all men. It is when we are helping others with a glad heart, that we receive our greatest gifts. Prayer is the greatest gift we can give.
